Where are you interested in building?
What size lot are you looking for?
Do you own your own property on which you want to build?
Are public utilities important?
What style home are you looking for? Ranch, Atrium Ranch, 1 ½ Story, 2 Story?
What square footage are you looking for?
How many bedrooms/baths would you like to have?
Do you have your own floor plan?
Would you like to review our home plans?
Once we have answers to these questions we can get a better picture of what is important to you in building a new home. If we cannot find an existing home plan to fit your needs, we also have custom design services available for you to design your own home plan.
Answer 3: You will be able to move in within 4-6 months (weather permitting) from the start of construction. Cannot wait to build? Please see our available inventory homes under our developments to see if one of those homes will meet your needs.
Answer 4: You do not need a real estate agent. Our sales/support team is very qualified and experienced, able to assist at every step. Our goal is to make this a comfortable and successful experience for you so that you will want to tell your friends and family about us.
If you were shown a Banze Development by a realtor and they were the "Procuring Cause" then please ask your agent to register with the sales person and mention that you are their customer. Banze pays 2.7% to realtors that have brought customers to our developments that result in a home sale.Answer 5: Building a home is typically one of lifes' largest expenses. If you have never built a custom home before, you will soon realize that the largest, or least expensive builder isn't always the best. We strive day in and day out to provide the most economical, yet highest quality home. We are not usually the lowest price, but we believe, and our customers attest to the fact that we provide one of the best homes in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Answer 6:
Customer has lot – Call us and we will come walk the lot with you and determine the best house placement, maximum home dimensions and excavation requirements if applicable. Note: A survey or soil test may be required. The foreman will let you know after he/she has walked the property.
Customer has plan, but not lot – Call us and we can do a couple of things. One, we can start looking for the perfect piece of property today. Two, we can direct you to some of our existing lots to see perhaps if one of them might be of interest.
You have a Banze Community picked out, but not a lot or plan. – Call us and we can direct you to our design team. They will assist you in determining the style of home you want to build and then match your design to available home sites.Answer 7: Yes, our sales/support team will assist you with home selections. From Brick and Mortor to tile, paint, appliances and light fixtures. Your support team will explain your allowances, and your many custom choices.
Answer 8: Banze Custom Homes offers the 1 year Builder's Warranty package with every home we build. We also offer the 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty and a 2 year Appliance Warranty. All of our warranties are part of the Banze Package and are not an extra cost to the homebuyer.

You have the ability to design your dream home that is unique with your preferences and unlike your neighbors. We invite you to meet with our designer to discuss ideas for your new home.
3. Standard Features
Our standard features include many options requested by customers and are upgrade options for many builders. Everything you may want in your new home is not necessarily an upgraded option. Just because we are a custom builder, does not mean we are expensive!
4. Communication
One on one communication with the builder throughout the building process is vital to our success. We know that communication is the foundation for happy customers. You will have access to the job foreman, our team of dedicated employees, all the way to the Vice President, throughout the building process. We understand having open lines of communication minimizes the stress level which can be associated with building a new home. This will ensure the process is enjoyable for everyone involved and issues are minimal.
