Location….We have subdivisions and lots for your review in many counties in and around St. Louis and St. Charles. If you need a lot, let us use our access through Banze Realtors to help you locate a piece of property.

Plans….We have several custom house plans to meet most every need. Not all plans available to view on our website. If we don’t for some reason have your perfect plan for you, we will work with you until it is achieved by or design team, or by your architect.

If you have a lot....We will come walk it with you and help you determine the best home placement, and if it can be made into a walk out or partial walk out. We would be happy to stake your home dimensions on your land and determine utility accessibility.
